
Meet the author
22+ years as a 3D character animator and animation supervisor. She has worked at Disney, DreamWorks, Sony Animation, Blue Sky Studios, Digital Domain, and MPC — bringing characters to life across some of the biggest animated films of the last two decades.
15 years teaching 3D character animation at Animation Mentor, Anim School, Art Center Pasadena, and the Academy of Art San Francisco. Over 1,000 students mentored.
An American artist of Greek and English descent, Anthea is also a contemporary painter and augmented reality artist. She studied psychology and neuroscience at Santa Monica College — which is where the seeds of this book were planted.
